What is a “Help Lab”?
You must be scheduled to attend, NO Walk-INS. Limited number of slots due to Covid-19. All attendees must comply with CDC and State guidance. Currently masks MUST be worn in the Lab and throughout the CATC Building.
Prior to the session, prospective attendees must email us at QCComputerHelp@gmail.com with the subject line “In CC Lab Help” and include:
Type of device (i.e. Apple, Android, Mac, Windows, etc)
Reasonable description of the problem
Device they will bring to the session, if any
You will receive a response verifying your request, and assigning you to a time slot and a monitor.
