What is a “Help Lab”?

You must be scheduled to attend, NO Walk-INS. Limited number of slots due to Covid-19. All attendees must comply with CDC and State guidance. Please wear a mask for your safety and ours. Thanks

Prior to the session, prospective attendees must email us at QCComputerHelp@gmail.com with the subject line “In CC Lab Help” and include:

Phone number
Email address
Type of device (i.e. Apple, Android, Mac, Windows, etc)
Reasonable description of the problem
Device they will bring to the session, if any

You will receive a response verifying your request, and assigning you to a time slot and a monitor.
