Member Tech Support allows members time where they can come in and receive 1:1 help from our volunteer monitors. We will do our best to help you with whatever problem you bring in, whether it’s on your computer, phone, tablet, watch, printer, or most any other electronic device. In addition during Tech Support hours members are welcome to use the lab computers (we have both Windows and Mac machines), as well as print up to 20 pages a day. Tech Support is on a first-come first-serve basis, there are no sign-ups or reservations required.
