If you want an opportunity to discuss a computer problem, hardware or software, smart phones, etc. then you can start with one of our technical people. To use the clinic you must be a QCCC member with current dues paid. You must sign up for one of the clinics in advance (see below for details). Also, If you are not a current member then you must join and pay dues (see below for details).

* How do I sign-up?
There are several ways but the simplest is probably to use the Calendar option on our website.
Step 1: Access the website by clicking https://quailcreekcomputerclub.org
Step 2: On the Calendar section, the second block near the bottom of the page, click Read More.
Step 3: click the green-shaded box on the calendar.
Step 4: You are now on the Help Clinic page. There may be a description at the top so scroll down the page until you see the words Sign Up. Leave Spaces at 1 (more would violate COVID restrictions). Below that, type into the Comment box information about your problem, Mac or PC, device(tablet/laptop/smart phone). When you finish click the blue box reading “Click this box to complete the sign-up”. Your request should be confirmed very quickly. If the spaces are all taken, you will be informed of that and none of the options will be offered to you.

* How do I join and pay dues?
