General Meeting (Zoom)

We will hold a membership General meeting via Zoom on Tuesday, November 17.  Topics will include election of officers, 2021 budget and membership dues. 

Please join us Tuesday night, November 17th for our Annual Meeting through a ZOOM format. The link and the details are at the end of this message. Please note that the limit for our ZOOM plan is 100 so it will be first come, first served.

The Annual Meeting will be fairly mundane and will include the following motions for the approval of attending members:
1. Approval of the previous General Meeting minutes from the early winter meeting.
2. Acclaim the one new member and three extending members of the Board; David Andrew (new),
Steve Sanford, Rand Hoffman, Nick Charles (existing).
3. Approval of the proposed 2021 QCCC Budget.

Sign-in for the Annual Meeting through the link will begin at 6:30 PM, but the meeting will not take place until 7:00 PM. If you do not have the ZOOM App, you will have to download it. To join, click the line below “Join Zoom Meeting” (the line that starts with https) and ZOOM will help you out. The other instructions below the link probably will not apply to you, but have the Meeting ID and Password handy, just in case.
