Artificial Intelligence is making headlines everywhere, but what does it actually mean for us? It’s not just for tech wizards or sci-fi movies; it’s a powerful tool that can act as your personal librarian, travel agent, and writing assistant—all in one.
In this 90-minute session, we will explore Google Gemini 3. We will strip away the technical jargon and focus on practical demonstrations relevant to your daily life.
What You Will Learn:
Demystifying AI: A simple explanation of how it works (think of it as a super-fast librarian).
The Art of the Prompt: How the detail in your question changes the answer you get.
How Gemini easily saves documents to Google Drive.
Real-World Examples:
Building a visual itinerary for a trip to San Diego.
Designing a 50th-anniversary invitation (including the artwork!).
Writing a firm but polite letter of complaint to a store.
Understanding financial terms without the headache.
Safety First: Crucial tips on privacy, spotting wrong answers (“hallucinations”), and keeping your personal data safe.
This class is designed for beginners. We won’t be writing code; we’ll be having conversations.
Bring your laptop if you have one, as well as your Google ID and password.
