Browsers & Extensions (MAC) We will discuss the different browsers for your computer, (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.; there are over 100) and explore the many capabilities each offers. Will also look at browser security/speed, and see if one browser is better than the other. Did you know that you can add “Apps” to your browser to make it more useful to include blocking many of those pesky pop-up ads, using a password manager, or just changing the appearance. Following the discussion, we are going to run through several exercises on the computer using Safari, a browser for the MAC. Platform: MAC
